Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:
Returns
You may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Returned in the original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:
- Used or visibly worn items
- Items returned without original packaging
- Custom or personalised items
- Items that appear damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days
- Shipping costs (if any) from your original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
